2016 Harley Full dress 103
Hello all just hit 5000 miles as of winter storage.
Looking to do some upgrades with tax refund.
Was looking at the following :
Fullsac headers
Woods 222 cams
VH PV3 tuner
KN air filter keeping stock cover
Bike already has Rush 2.5 baffle slip ons
so i ask what your opinions are as for as the Fullsac etc etc etc
what is the proper tool for adjusting those? and how do i know if they are out of spec in the first place?
It used to be increase your W2 federal withholdings 2 for every thousand dollars you get back in your refund. This is to avoid giving the government an interest free loan, and have your money every paycheck. Some people have spending control of congress and don't trust themselves with their own money. Try to get past that. Bury it in the back yard.

I'm sorry, but 5k since when? Bigger question is what are you looking for? If you just want to spend money on the bike, well I think you have your answer.
After being hypnotized by the Great Orators of Upgrades here on HD Forums, I always have tried to embrace Keithhu’s words of wisdom.
Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
I have a 2016 Ultra Limited and nickeled and dimed on similar stuff like your planning.
Then I did it proper with a bump up to a 110”, head work, cams, and a Dyno tune.
I still found money for gas & hotels.
It’s your money. And man o’ man, can we help you spend it!
