I sure can , I have the tour pack off while I do maintenance on the bike , try to get to it later today .

702's comment reminded me of this . Both locks came with 2 keys , one was shorter than the other , which makes it impossible to use the longer one on the left side of the tp , unless you cut it shorter .

Honestly , I think the main purpose of HD selling two locks in the kit , is to put one on each of the quick release systems , eg : rack / backrest , you only need one lock for each system . I don't think it's necessary to put both locks on the tour pack , but if it's doable , why not . The only issue issue here , is having to cut the longer key to be able to use it as a spare .

You can use them on tour packs, 2-up position... if your talking about these

See the installation instructions, it tells you how to put it on for different models and years

You're just "supposed" to use one for each accessory. I think if you put both on one accessory, on one side it will spin to lock the opposite direction than normal. Only thing I have seen is that they can be a problem on Rushmores on the Solo Tour Pack Rack, due to the orientation when they are locked makes it tough to get the key into the lock to unlock them... but it can be worked around... See Post above.

Ok , the verdict , you can fasten the locks on both right / left side , however , only the short key will work , as pictured on both sides . The longer key can be cut short , if you need a spare at some point , haven't done it yet , but plan to in case of emergency . Like mentioned , I don't think 2 locks are necessary , but added security is not a bad thing . Left side
