Doesn't seem like comparing "apples to bananas" to me! It's comparing two high quality oils, and Mobil One is a much better deal. Period. Amsoil is a good oil, but not worth the extra $$$$ they charge for it, or the things you have to do to get a discount, and that's just fact. Your money, your choice, but I'm not a fan of the entire way Amsoil does it's MLM business. I can go to almost any store in any town, no matter where I'm at, and get Mobil One oil. If I'm traveling and need a quart, or an oil change, I don't have to scour the yellow pages to find a dealer in whatever state I may be traveling in, or wait a day or two after ordering some for it to get to me. What a deal Amsoil is!

With out knowing any thing about them, we must guess, so here we go.
The 2002 is a 88 Twin-cam and its Achilles heal is the spring cam chain tensioners that need to be check often. Could be Carb or EFI.
The 2010 is a EFI 96 Twin Cam with a better frame, better engine mounts, better tires, better Fuel injection, and Hydraulic cam change tensioners. The down side is the compensator that WILL GO BAD at 20K to 50K miles and will need to be replaced with a Screamin Eagle Comp, spring set, and rotor Assy. Mine crapped out at 30K.
If I had to choose, It would be after I checked out each bike to see what the condition of them are as well as the add ons
Also, the accessories and performance add ons like pipes Air intake, a big bore kit installed... yada yada yada.
Color of the bike, more important than you would think.
The condition of the finish of the metal and the paint could be a big deal. I just polished my front wheel, it was in rough shape. I also polished my forks a few yeas ago,
These kind of things matter when you are comparing bikes. Is the suspension stock? Many bikes that old have upgraded suspension.
What about lights? LED upgrade?
Don't just look at the price do a deep dive into the bikes to find as much as you can.
Oh, Your Suzuki (109?), Try not to compare it to the Harleys, they are very different bikes.
Good luck.
EDIT: Got caught by the old thread bomb again!

If it has stock pushrods, wouldn't surprise me was bored.
As for new frame, I am not sold. I feel cramped, for some reason. Needs extended brake pedal, not sure when Harley started doing that . And seating is cramped a little.
I ride interstate and 5 speed is fine.ya I usually try shifting when out of gears. But after I realize I am out of gears, I am fine.
Guy has a fine ride enjoy

IMHO, no need to be sorry. It's always good when the OP gives updates to any question/issue/problem...
