Sorry for no responses for a while…things happen…
Ken 45 it’s an OEM RKC saddle (‘14-up). If anything it fits me better than the OEM FLHR seat and maybe a “bit” forward but not down or up at all. I also like the buckled pax strap. Going to ride Elroy to NC come June or so to get it re-worked a bit for more comfort, not position. The seat, and the H-D 12” Mini-Apes sit me perfectly well. Elroy is the 6th H-D I’ve had since 2008 (all but one bought from Southern Devil H-D in Cartersville, GA…great dealership) and sits/rides/looks the best of all.
Smokey 11, Sturgis was a trip for sure, in both actual meaning and ‘60s colloquialism…;-)! I don’t think I want to go back as it’s now a done deal no longer hanging over my head, but you should go just to see it, never mind the great ride to get there. Saying that, though, I’m planning a run next Summer (2024). I met an old HS friend who lives still in Chicago in Sturgis and we’re planning to knock off Bucket List #2, Route 66. Oh yah…this bike is the last one says my loving wife…;-)!
