Front Fork Question?

Having the forks on an angle like that would change the steering effort. Its similar to what you would do on a sidecar or trike and moves the front axle forward. I wonder how much difference in degrees there is in rake & trail, when it is compared to a pair that is flush in the tree, no angle.

I've never seen that on any other bike that I've worked on the front forks. I know my old HD isn't like that and I wonder when they started doing that and is it model specific. Interesting.
