2022 ultra limited want to replace the factory heated grips. I have removed outer fairing but still can't find the access hole in handle bars. What else needs removed to gain access?
The wiring exits the bars in the middle, under the riser. Is that what your looking for? It should just be a matter of chasing the wires to see where they lead.
Loosening the inner fairing so you can move it back and forth will you access everything you need, without completely removing it.
This is a 22 Street Glide I just did bars on for a guy. It takes about a half hour to remove the entire fairing, and if you look at the photo I placed a red arrow where the wiring exits the bars.
