I'm unable to link a video here. go to hd's site and you'll find a link to the video released today OR got right to hd's youtube channel.
edit=I added side by side shots of indian's offerings....they look nothing alike to me.....the inner fairings don't look alike either..... unless you are referring to the fact that the new hds have large infotainment systems.
I think you can fairly say that Indian "copied" harley's batwing fairing concept and then their sharknose fairing concept....the fact that HD decided to change their designs doesn't mean their copying anyone. well, except for themselves. these look more like the current HD fairings than anything else.

People are so funny. HD has stepped it up and changed things. People go from complaining, "they make the same bike every year." To, "It looks like this, or like that, and I don't like it."
I'm not interested in getting one for now, but I am glad they've made a new bike to compete with the ever changing market. You don't like them, you can buy used.
Personally, since im in the market, I'll stick to the 2023 model because the aftermarket support is alive and well and half the bike is going to be replaced anyway.
Hmmmm...dunno. Inverted forks, big a$$ info screen with electronic gauges and...wait for it...electric windshield. I'm guessing' mono shock for the rears too.
