Thank you. Not sure if you saw my update, but I got the bike to start right up by manually pushing in the starter solenoid. I will check the small battery fuse, but wouldn't the bike starting up mean that it is OK?
Not sure what you mean by "TCs." Also not sure what you mean by "held low" and "goes high."
I saw the post.
Held low means the voltage says low, I would say less than a volt. Goes high means that the voltage goes above say 12 volts.. I'm a retired EE, it's what we call digital logic, High and Low.. A low voltage may be less than 1 volt, high above say 10 volts.

TC. (Twin Cam) Harley's motor after EVO and before M8. The Softail balanced version is the TCb. It has two balance wheels chain driven in it.

You mean the starter relay under the seat? I tried a different one and nothing changed, but I am getting 12v to that relay without pressing the Start switch.
I suspect that is battery voltage to the relay. Not the pull in coil of it that turns relay on.
