Here's another example of the quality of service that Fuel Moto provides. I had no idea it was a lifetime warranty. Just for the record, this thread was never intended to bad mouth Fuel Moto. I was just wondering if anyone had had a similar problem and maybe a couple replacement suggestions since none were in stock on the web site. After all, the darn thing is 9 years old. Instead, it turned into a thread about quality service from a small American business, something that's not all that easy to find anymore. I just received the Pay Pal notification for shipping cost and paid it. Thank you, Jamie, that's some fine customer service!
We are very proud to have helped, and thank you for your business and continued support.
What the fuel moto guy said is worth repeating. FIRST contact the companies. FIRST means before the second thing. Whatever the OPs motives now theres a thread out there about a cracked fuel moto pipe. May be one in 15000 but you know how it goes on the interwebs. Whats worse, is those spreading this mis-info probably haven't read to the point where FM unconditionally stood behind the product. I love the internet and i hate the internet!!! Probably best to contact the company first- assuming it isnt a chinesium fleabay special.
You may have liked to handle this privately, and I can certainly understand that. But the outstanding way you handled it on this forum has likely gained you future customers, myself included. Well done!!
