Lost my virginity today- dropped it!!
Ive been riding for 30+ years and until today Id never dropped a road bike. Turning around to back into a parking space and got a little too cute and down she goes! Thankfully no damage and I think I was so embarrassed I had her back upright in about 8 seconds. I never have been one who thought I couldnt or wouldnt ever drop her but just lucky to have made it so long without it happening. I grinned all the way home thinking how lucky not to have a certain two riding buddies along to witness 😂😂

No front brake- tight spot, full lock left and got complacent with the clutch friction zone and suddenly realized how heavy an 850lb RG is on my left leg!!

I still tote my roadrash scars from paying my dues 42 year's ago as a result of an all day bout with ludes,101 rebel yell and a beefed 1974 kz 900.Youre still roadrash free,Hopefully you stay that way.Nothing compares to flicking gravel outta your skin.
