My pipe is only a couple months old.
Not sure if it makes a difference but its
a 2:1 Out law pipe.
They dont sell the torque reducer on line.
You have to ask them for it.
Totally different pipe and tuning than the Dominator 2-2 pipes with the three insert options. I have a dominator 2-2 with performance tongue inserts on my stage 2, 114 RGS. Works great but am going to switch to the 2-1 as I like it much better. Dont think there will be much difference performance wise between the two.

Different but take the same inserts.

He has a video with a KW exhaust
At the end of video shows different inserts.
Interesting. Do you run two separate tunes for the performance insert and the louvered?
I
Not required. Im running stock engine and air cleaner. In fact, the dyno sheets that KW advertises look identical for both baffles, which are an improvement over OE mufflers in an M8.
I'm into the 3rd year of running KW 4.5 cans and their inserts. I own the PP and Louv inserts. I've run both of them enough to know there is not a discernible performance difference at my buttometer gauge. I suppose a dyno run might show some difference if it matters, but (imo) you're not going to swap one insert set for the other and have a WOW experience. What is more likely is you'll hear a difference in sound level and quality. I have no like of obnoxiously loud exhaust or pipes that hurt ears. As an example...the Ripper inserts are not pleasant to my ears. The PP inserts do mute the dbs a bit over the Louvered set for me, but I can run either and appreciate both.

Got ya. Are you just running slip on's with the stock header?

I have seen his video where his builder/tuner, Dave Stoddard from JD's Cycle Works shows the inserts that were sent and the reducer. I love a 2-1 and am planning on switching to the KW 2-1 (it was out of stock when the stage 2 was done to my RGS). I just want to hear one in person. I run a Fuel Moto Jack Pot 2-1 on my second bike. Performs well but has the 2-1 rasp.

Dave is dyno tuning my bike June 13th!
He did my engine build and tuning on my Dyna and he is definitely a proponent of the 2-1 systems.
The louvered baffle is slightly louder but not by much. The perforate baffle is tunable by raising or lowering the tongue. I am using that baffle now with the tongue raised approx 3/4". Speed Test

The dyno sheets that KW publishes in their ads for these two baffles are identical. I own both sets. The only difference to me is the perforate performance baffles don't drone in my modular helmet (Shoei Neotec II) that I only wear when it’s under 40-45 degrees or in rain.

I've been looking for a used set of louvered inserts but no luck. I'm going to order a set of the louvered inserts as well as the reducer cones to try out. I can always use them in the 2-1 when I get it a bit down the road.
I finally bought a Neotec II last year. I find myself wearing it more and more after 43 years in a half shell but like you, I switch back and forth. Can't do the Shoei in the hot weather. I can relate to the drone but I have a whim and head sets in the Shoei so that helps a ton.
