My '21 Limited did that. Got a rear warning but showed the pressure was fine.

I lowered the rear tp below 20psi then raised it above 50 psi. All with ignition on. Didn't know what to expect but the nanny light went out and hasn't come back on.

I would not stop and have my bike worked on if on the road if i could make it home. To many things can go wrong and you might end up stranded while the dealer orders a part. They could break something or strip something while working on your bike and then you are stuck until the new part shows up. Different deal if your trans blows up or you lose a wheel bearing, then you have no choice but to become a victim of the dealers.

Mechanicals are part of the ride. I do that ride once a year and about 1/3 of the time something weird gives out. One year it was the gas gauge got stuck at 3/8 of a tank and I ran out of gas west of Amarillo, got a new gauge installed in Joplin. Next year the fuel pump broke free inside the gas tank east of Amarillo, guys at Tripp's managed to weld it back into place, that was a trick. Last year my throttle went out on the way home east of Scranton, opened the throttle housing up to find all the pins had somehow dissolved, had to limp mode it to Electric City HD and call the wife to rescue me 200 miles from home, picked the bike up the next weekend. I could of had it the next day if I wanted to overnight in Scranton, but that close to home it was a 'meh, I'll come back'. Course I'm doing it on a 14 year old RK with well over 100k on it so I'm expecting fun and games. On a new bike with all the newest superest duperest bells and whistles I'd probably get cheesed when a shiney bit didn't shiney right. Don't think I would try to publicly shame dealerships for not treating my QOL feature like it was a ride ending problem though.

Tip - if you are going to depend on your Harley GPS to get you to dealerships you should probably update your GPS data before setting out on the ride. The data on your unit is probably the 2018 database and was already out of date when you bought it as dealerships open/close/move routinely, though I can't think of any Missouri RT66 dealership that changed locations in that time, but who knows. I think the one in Joplin moved around 2012-13, or maybe they just renamed it. POI-Factory used to have more regularly updated files, though the original maintainer passed away in 2018 and it's more hit and miss these days, I think 2021 was the last update. If you have a smart phone it would definitely be the most up to date.

@Hard Headed - I blew out a rear wheel bearing in Oatman AZ in 2014. Didn't realize it at the time, thought I just went over a rock in a gravel parking lot on the south end of town. Made it all the way back to CT. Felt the bump again in Alabama and thought it was weird rolling over a rock in a motel parking lot. When I got home I was pulling out of my garage and felt it and knew I didn't have any rocks in there. That's when the light bulb came on.

I kind of agree. Big long post (that he hesitated to do) about a bad TPMS sensor. Hardly a crisis.
ETA: I was on a ride in Zanesville, Ohio when my voltage regulator started acting wonky. Fink's HD took a bike off a lift, put mine on and had be back on the road in 1.5 hours.
I guess my point is, if it's truly a problem they will find a way!
