Batwing reduced reach but set them high

seems counter intuitive but it may work

They have them! The Klockwerks Ergo bars are like that. 10" rise, they have a funky bend that clears the tank, and are set back.

I bought (and still have) a brand new pair in anticipation of my new C&C seat putting me too far back to reach my Fat Bagger flat tops, as they are wider, and are right in line with the fairing contour. Luckily, it all worked out with the FBI bars, and all is perfect!

KST Kustoms has adjustable bars. You have to pick your height, but pullback and wrist angle is adjustable.

I think these are for road glide and road king bikes only

To help with understanding why not going a 12 inch or even a 10 inch is because I have osteoarthritis, right shoulder is worn out and keeping my arm as low as possible is the most comfortable for me.

It appears that the bars I would like to have are just not available, likely because they are so close to the specs of the stock bars. A better way might be for me to send my seat to mean city and have some adjustments made, I can probably get myself where I want to be in regards to the bars but it will cramp my legs just a little but I think I can get close enough to where I want to be with having the seat upgraded with mean city. Maybe a 1/2 inch lower and a 1/2 forward would be a good compromise and not crowd my legs.

Cool either way they will have a base line of what didn't work which should help in figuring out what bar dimensions are needed

If you don't want KW then the dimensions of those bars should be of help to another manufacturer

Have you considered WO515? Or WO578?

Just changed my bars out and wasn't sure whether the beach bars I had on my previous bike would work the new one. So, I ordered both WO550 and WO504, did a mock set up on the bike before putting them on and made my decision. Restocking fees are WAY cheaper than changing bars AFTER they've been installed.
