Just got a chance to go out for a short ride, couple of miles out of the way to go to the store. It's been raining for the last 5 or so days. Going down residential 4 lane and traffic goes to the left hand lane and slows to avoid large puddle that pretty much takes up the whole road except for the high spot at the double yellow. Traffic from my direction is heavy, oncoming is much lighter. Just as I am about to exit puddle, bonehead coming from other way, still going speed limit (35), blasts through, sprays up 20 feet into the air and soaks the crap out of me. Do you crank it around and give stupid a piece of your mind or continue on your ride and use the air flow to dry off? I continued, as I said, haven't been out in about 5 days, but was mother f'n him for the next block or so. Just venting, feel better now.[:@][:@]
Nice yob just going about your business. People like that are jerks. I think you did the rightthing though. I've encountered three things that pi$$ me off on the bike. Everytime I feel like people are doing it on purpose. Maybe so, maybe not.

You did good IMHO. I believe he probably did it on purpose, but if you were to confront him it could easily get out of hand, and no one needs more problems. Down the line he will get his. I have had things done that I figure were on purpose, and it really pissed me off at the time, but later I kinda laugh at how stupid people can be. What can you do, ride on, just ride on.
