Slow moving get the ABS? If the sensor doesn’t read a signal, there you go. I get it a lot of the time if not moving. Mostly when I start the “motor” up.
For me no DTC's just intermittent yellow flashing ABS. I've only noticed it occur when running Live Gauges and that's been intermittent. Dynojet says "It sounds like we may be reading channels a little too quickly and causing the ABS module to time out". IDK if they've changed the frequency of the polling or not but I've not seen it happen much lately.
I have a 2011 Street Glide with a power pack from that year (103, security, and ABS from the factory).
At the beginning of the riding season, my ABS has been coming on intermittently and not generating any engine codes. I noticed it will come on under hard acceleration. And it is very intermittent.
So far I have:
Bleed the front and rear brakes (and ABS unit)
Replaced the front ABS wheel sensor
Replaced the front wheel bearings
For example, after doing the below, light has been out since April. It has since started coming on again recently on a ride. It will come on during the ride, but when I stop and turn it off it will not come on again.
Over the winter, I plan to install new rear wheel bearings, new rear sensor and a new brake bleed, but I am hoping to avoid that if possible.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
I had exactly same issue. In my case the problem was rear wheel bearings. Be very careful riding if bearings are failing !
