Hi All,
I ride a 2013 Road Glide Ultra
This year I installed Barrnet’s extra clutch ,it was great for about 500km and then it started.
When I would would take off from a dead stop my clutch would Churp. Very Annoying, It would not slip it would just churp.
Any feedback would be much appreciated
I have tha same issue, board responses said it was normal and to try different primary fluids. I just ignore it when it does chirp as it is only once per ride.

Why did/would you change from stock plates to aftermarket ...are you making any big H/P to justify the change !!??
We have found that the extra plate works well in high power bikes ...but the stock clutch needs the small bevel plates (that you took out) in order to shift smoother and find neutral better . Because it helps spread the clutch plates better being deeper in the pack...which is why we think you are hearing the churpping when trying to leave off slowly ...the clutch pack is not spreading apart enough ...IMO ...
the extra plate will work good for while till the oil is spun off the plates and they get dry then really start to grab...making the churpping noise and you will start to feel it shutter a little too ...
it wants to grad when you want it to slip a little when leaving off ...
replace with stock ...check the adjustment again ...
good luck ...
