Can anyone weigh in on experience with either company in reference to a replacement outer fairing? I need to order. They look similarly priced. I'm curious if one might be better than the other. TIA
We have zero experience with either but if you have an OEM one that has damage we could possibly help you out there. www.thefactorymatch.com & check us out on Facebook @thefactorymatch.com & Instagram @thefactorymatch to see our work.

I bought an outer fairing, in Vivid Black, from Hogworkz early last year for my 2019 Electra Glide Standard.
I am very picky when it comes to paint and bodywork quality and I will say that the fit and finish on the fairing I bought is superb.
There is absolutely no orange peel in the paint finish, the paint is super glossy, and the color match looks perfect in my opinion.
Here's a pic of my bike with the Hogworkz fairing:
I bought a HogWorkz fairing for my wife's 2014 Ultra (Big Blue Pearl). Color and fit were very nice, but the wait was ridiculous long. I will never order from them again. On the other hand, I have had a great experience with Advanblack on my Road Glide body parts (including their tour packs, front fairing, fender, etc.) Paint is very sharp (I have their El Sueno airbrush on my body parts now).
I have the lowers, front hugger fender and tour pack from Advanblack and love all three. I have a 2018 SGS in hard candy red flake and the paint is perfect.
you don't mention if it's for a roadglide or a batwing. i have no experience with them, don't know squat about their color matching, but, i'm pretty certain the parts themselves are coming out of the same factory in china.
