I need some help here. A few weeks back my bike would rev very high when I turned the bars full right. I found that the cable was pinched by the steering neck. I repaired the cable and the bike ran fine for the next 2 weeks. The other day I went to start the bike and it cranked over a couple of times and caught like it was going to start but died right away. I can get the bike to start if I turn the throttle half way while cranking the engine. Once the bike starts it seems to run fine. The battery is new and Im getting 13V. I swapped out the spark plugs and the front plug wire resistance is 8k and the rear is 5k. Fuel pressure is holds at 56 to 58 psi. I found some corroded fuses in the fuse block so I replaced all the fuses and used contact cleaner to clean out the block. There are no codes What else should I check?
The bike is a 2011 Ultra Limited with a screaming eagle ac, SS 2-1-2 head pipe and Fuel Moto slip on mufflers.

What does this mean...?
Your bike has a throttle by wire... correct?
By "cable" do you mean the wire harness bundle at the neck?
Did you replace a damaged throttle grip sensor wire or connector? Or... did you just take pressure off the wire loom at the neck..?
It sounds like there could be another damaged wire in that bundle....
