Lowering shackles
i have a 2013 rk. Looking to get some lowering shackles - i have purchased the hogworkz for my sg and had an issue with the shocks rubbing the bags. Have also read some reviews with rk having the same issue. I have progressive coil shocks - is there a brand out there that can lower with out this issue?? Thanks for the help

I used the shock lowering blocks on my 2012 StreetGlide with air shocks and had no problems, for many miles. I later removed them and upgraded using shorter shocks.
The Kit I bought came with extra washers to use as needed for proper shock mounting, and clearance. Check your shocks and see if there are extra washers in there that you don't need.
Also, you could space out your bags at the top, where the 2 quick release studs are. That would move the bags away from the top of the shocks.
I replaced the original receptacle #18 and Bail Head Stud #28 with 3/8-20 threaded clip nuts and 3/8" allen head screws (this makes the bags harder to steal) If you do this, you can add a washer/spacer and longer screws to space your bags out at the top, away from your shocks.

I put them on my 2016 ultra limited. And the front fork kit from PA.
That dropped my whole bike two inches.
without it, I dont think I could ride my bike
Ive got over 40,000 miles on them
Brian at SuperShox has designed his own "Shock Relocation Mounts" that lower about an inch. It's a really good looking piece. However, he only sells them with his shocks. They are made specifically for his shocks so there will be no fitment issues. He also is the first shock manufacturer I'm aware of that will alter the shocks performance when using a relocation bracket, because changing the mounting points of the shock, it will alter its performance....
If you want to buy a set of SuperShox with their shock relocation mount, they will add a different shock valving and spring rate, that will work with the increased angle and altered location of the shocks due to the relocation mount.
I currently run Ohlins shocks and I am quite pleased with their performance.. However, I bought a set of Brian's first bagger shocks, the original SR-1 shocks, for my then 2012 Limited. They were a very good shock. Brian has made numerous improvements since those first HD shocks back in 2015...
When my Ohlins need rebuilding, I will most likely try a set of Brian's Supershox. I have my eye on a pair of Brian's Premiumm Series SR2 or even the Platinum Series RR1 shocks....
FWIW, I did try a set of 10-3/4 shocks on my RK. It was miserably brutal to ride. It also mildly damaged the rear tire when it would lightly hit/rub the seat retainer in the fender.
