2015 Softail slim only came with one (barrell type)key. I went to Harley dealer and they had to order a set of 2, I recall it being about $30 for the 2, that was only like 3 years ago, I had to show them proof of ownership. I'm not sure why they couldn't get the keys for yours.
Same. Bought a used bike with only 1 key years back, had to take title to the dealer to get the 2-pak made. Its not like you're doing it every year. And if one sells their bike, nice to pass over OEM keys. YMMV
