(2012) FLHTCU Tour Pack lighting wiring
Bought this Ultra Classic recently, some stuff was done to it though all I was told about the Tour Pack (photo #1) was the antenna were relocated to the bottom left rear of the saddlebag.
Issue: the main lighting bar doesnt display turn functions. The side lower/underside light strips act as brake lights, but also not as turn signals. All the lights work as running lights.
I see only one cluster of wiring coming from the lighting into the Tour Pack on the left side. and someone has labeled L, R, and C to each of the sections, which suggests SOMETHING was done (or why label them?).
I count six wires total (photo #2). I also count six wires under seat (photo #5) in the connector back side going to the rear of the bike, but only THREE wires coming from the Tour Pack (photo #4, bottom) to that connector.
And therein lies the problem it seems. I dont know why I have three sections that seem to be able to act as run, BRAKE, and TURN signals, yet only function as running lights. Im not a great wire guy at all - figuring it out, testing wires, etc. No clue why the Tour Pack has those yellow, black, and blue wires with the blue tie in clips (photo #4).
I WANT MY BRAKE LIGHT AND TURN SIGNALS. What was done? Is there a plug-n-play wiring harness to replace that non-sensical section of wiring with?
