Default Lowering for looks only...advice?

Thanks in advance....I want to lower my flhpi for looks. I am a little over 6 foot and can flat foot as it is now, but I feel like the back end looks like its up to high. Some of the pics of bikes on here look fantastic lowered and after sturgis this is my new pet project.

Lowering brackets or shocks? Only looking to do the rear right now. I will wait till Minnesota winter begins to tear the front end off and respring it.

Would like to drop it close to 2" since I only ride solo. thoughts?

I put 2 1\4 rear drop cam & 1 1\4 ft spring change on my '07 RG.... Riding solo required pumping up the rear shocks over max to not bottom out on dips.... Moved it up to 1 1\4" drop cam to the rear... No bottom out now - handles better then OEM height... But you WILL LOOSE THE RIDE (less cush for the tush)

if it is only for looks although more expensive go witha legends air ride system, when you get close to the bar ...let the air out, after your burnout and crusing home... put the air back in for normal ride height.

I have mine lowered1 inch in the front and I think it's an inch and a half in back. I have the lowered harley springs in front with the low profile shocks and lowering links in the back. You will give up some of the ride as it has less travel. I don't have any issues with bottoming out as long as I keep the shocks aired up.
