2015 and 2016 were excellent years for Harley. Great running machines. The stuff they have now is so far overpriced. Not to mention all the electronic gizzmo's. I have a 2013 Heritage I bought new. Not one problem with it. Its never been back to the dealer since new. All I have done is changed all three holes once a year (low mileage rider). Greased the steering neck bearings. Check air in tires each ride. Fuel Pak 3 with intake and slip on's. Runs cool. Shifts nice using Mobil One gear oil.
As for your deal, if the 2015 is in great shape and has been maintained like mine, it sounds good. Unless its really high mileage. Post a picture and give us all a look.
