Anyone know if the older (09-13) style saddlebag mounting brackets/rails will fit and bolt up to 2014+ frames? I know the larger 1-piece saddlebag support rails will need to be removed on the newer models but curious if anyone has done this and/or the necessary holes are there for the upper mounts since the lower one is in approximately the same spot. Thx!
Don't they make bag support rails made to fit the Rushmore bikes?
They do, theyre the ones with the large cutout in the middle that most install lights/turn signals into however Im looking at installing the FXR Division fender (chopped/Dyna-ish looking one)as well as their side rear frame covers along with the Nasty Hog chopped saddlebags so running the stock ones with said large cutout isnt possible. This would be the easiest/cleanest way in my opinion but I dont have the bike yet to test/try out and was hoping someone had already to give me an idea how this will work.
Product quality is remarkable! I like how they're powder coated, not painted. Nice tight match. Transport alternatively may want tove been a whole lot quicker. Weeks from door to door. Had stops in one-of-a-kind states that have been three to five days just striking there. For Amazon thats no longer top.
