Ive got a Klock Werks Flare and a Long Ride Shields in the Ultra Wide Elite model that I use when its cold or I know I will be running in rain. It works great, just not as nice looking as the Klock Werks, its big. Both sites have measuring info. if I remember right. Klock Werks works great and looks good just doesnt block near as much of the wind and rain. Both have the flare at the top and I look over the top of them. I think that the Long Ride you could mount it up and try it and send it back if it wasnt what you wanted, as long as you didnt peel the plastic off of it, not sure about returns on the Klock Werks.YMMV

Reason: Add pics.
I have the Harley 7” Windsplitter on my Ultra and really like the balance between looks and performance. I tried the Klockwerks 6.5” Flare, but it was actually higher than the Windsplitter and it forced me to look through it more and the distortion from the curvature was really bad and I wasn’t comfortable with it….
For years I liked tall windshields, helps with rain and cold. I decided to try freedom because I was riding at night and would get dewey windshield. I dunno. I think I still like tall windshields, especially in rain.
Keep it clean, polish it too. But try a lower one. Put piece of painters tape over the windshield to figure out a height you want to try.
I never understood why guys go super short, it is useless, but looks cool to them. Also I like clear, not color matching.
