Jessel0001, Do you have the Phone connected to the GTS and your Sena connected to the GTS? OR the Phone connected to your Sena and the GTS connected to your Sena? I have my Phone connected to the GT and my Sena connected to the GT on my '18 Ultra Limited. Mine seems to work fine but I usually ride one-up and don't use VOX.
My 14 Limited has done that since new. Doesn't matter if its a wired connection or using the whim. Only would happen on phone calls. I don't even use the infotainments system anymore. Just use my phone and Sena 20S for call, navigation, and music.

i have the Sena connected to the radio via WHIM and the phone connected with the cord to get car play.
I ride two up a lot and the clicking and echo happens on wifes headset too.

when Im just using the music, the clicking is pretty well drowned out. But the phone is pretty bad. And the intercom too.
Is there anyway easy I can test to see if its the radio is or the WHIM that is faulty? I was thinking about buying a new WHIM and returning it if it doesn't fix the issue. I just need to check the return policy.
good luck with that. most electronic items are non-refundable. but who knows, you may get lucky.
It has to be something in the head unit because it doesn't seem to matter what type of headset you use. It's almost like there is a transient voltage in the system. Maybe it's not grounded well?

unfortunately, its looking more like thats the case. I tried a new whim, same issues. I disconnected the left-hand controls, no change. I traced and disconnected almost every wire underneath the fairing, and it kept on clicking.
I feel that its connected to the microphone activation somehow because I can hear my echo in my own headset even when intercom is turned off, side tone is turned off and theres no other helmets connected.
I think Im gonna have to bite the bullet and take it to the shop.
My headset does this also on my 2021 RGS with whim and the HD 50S headsets but only when the passenger is along and her headset is activated. Solo it's not an issue this year (did it intermittently last year). Her headset works fine.
