Actually Harley Davidson just realeased a new tour kit for both the ElectraGlide and UltraGlide..as best as I know it's about $400.00 US. This allows you to remove your rear trunk, put on a the passenger back rest, and updates and gives you a new luggage rack should you decide to use it...you will find it advertised in Harley's Smmer 2007 Enthusist Magazine listed as detachable Tour pac...Part # 53303-07

I never knew that "Good Looking" & "Affordable" could be used in the same sentence when talking about Harley Stuff??? (lol)
If you can find a M\C bone yard around your area.... You can normally pick one up in good shape for between $50.00 - $75.00
There is always E-BAY...
But as far as NEW - HD & Aftermarkets (which are few) are all around the same $$$
