Pic #11 looks upside down, lots of space between bearing and lip of the cush drive.

The cush piece in post 11 is inside out. You can see the same indents in the casting in the hub in post 11 as you can see in pic 17. That little crossover piece should be going through that indent. In pic 11 look at the 3 o'clock position and at the bottom the crossover piece is visible but it should be facing out, not up against the inner hub.
