Worth more, how? To begin with, sure they will want more money for you to buy that bike. But as for selling bikes down the road it won't make them a collector's item if that is what you are thinking. You never buy a bike for an investment now. Back 15 years ago, you could buy a H-D and sell it a few years later for the same amount you paid, or more. Why? Supply and Demand. Back then there was a 2 year wait for you to buy a new H-D, hence there was a HUGE demand for the used bikes. Since then, H-D has opened up new plants and they have caught up with that demand and then some. Now you can walk into a dealer and ride out on any bike you want. What has that done for used bikes? A LOT, owners can not sell their used bikes for the price they want, or at all. So the used bike prices keep dropping and will continue to do so. Maybe that was a small reason for the strike???????????

TheCVO Road King is not a Road King Custom. It does have a resemblance but the bags are different, it has a windshield instead of the little spoiler behind the headlight, speedo/tach, cruise, ABS, rider and passenger backrests, and different wheels.
I doubt the CVO model will have an effect on the value of the Custom. The Custom, even though many liked and bought it,was likely not selling in sufficient volume to be kept in the line up.

I've looked at some listings and they don't seem to be priced different. Unless you were selling the CVO, I don't think they will demand any more money. For all we know they plan to bring them back in 2010.
