Can't answer the comfort part of your question, that is very dependent on your individual shape, weight, leg length etc. Will it fit on your bike? Go to any after market seat seller and pick a seat similar to what you are considering and look at the years they claim that seat will fit, or the web site for that particular seat. If it is a Harley seat you will have a problem unless it is a Harley after market upgrade seat. Then the data should show the application range.
My one-piece touring seat (76033) is firm, tall & forward like a police bike. Not everyone's cup of tea initially, but on long trips it provides fewer sore points due to the more open knee angle angle and upright ergos. Also better for low-speed control.
Those seeking a low & reclined posture will want to look elsewhere.

My mustang is excellent also. Its a super tour and moves you back 1.75". What you want is going to deoend on your inseam.
Do HD dealers offer Mustang seats or do I have to order it separately?
I'm also interested in the 76033 model as my RK was lowered by 2in and the seat was replaced with the "low" version. So while I'm 5'8 and 32 inseam, I need a higher seat that pushes me further a bit
i have heard (but have no direct experience) that you can make a pre-24 seat fit on a 24 by hogging out the forward mount hole on the seat. apparently, the tab on the 24's is wider than previous years. so, by going the other direction, the 24 seat may fit on pre-24's but the front of the seat may wiggle a little from side to side.
do you know anyone who has a 24 that would let you test fitment on your bike?
