So once in a while on my RKS I want to remove the bags when I have no need for storage. But the back area is not exactly pretty without the bag. Does anyone sell a sort of blank cover that just screws in where the bag would? I hope this is making sense. lol

Where you going to keep the tool kit, the battery jumper pack, wet gear clothing and extra gloves and such that you may still need for a short ride, much less put the stripper purse when you pull one for the night?
look at this thread...I don't think they are in business anymore (I believe they were called Quick Skirts)....but it may give you an idea to come up with something custom.
You could always trade in your King for a Softail Heritage Classic or an older Deluxe. The Softail bikes solved that problem already. And you can fit the touring saddlebags on the Softails, otherwise you're SOL.
