base gasket leak
my month old '07 ultra rear cylinder base gasket is leaking. i have an appointment for the 22nd for "repair". i'm just curious how many other brand new bikes show this traditional hd trait? my '87 fx does it too, but it isn't under warranty, so a regular wipe is it's only fix.

just thinking, you said 'easy fix', they have to lift the cylinder (which is easier than totally removing for gasket), which isn't tooo 'easy', right?

sorry about the brain f--t. guess i shouldn't try to write/think while being interrrupted by kids. thanks for pointing out what should've been obvious to me. so back to my point of it won't be too easy of a fix since they have to remove the cylinder.
