Green "C" in tachometer gauge

Default Green "C" in tachometer gauge
2000 FLHTPI...so I got caught in a nasty rainstorm yesterday coming home from Narragansett. I've owned the bike for 15 years and never have I seen this light,its a green C that is on the tach gauge.Does anyone know what this means? The bike ran fine but was wondering what this light means, never have I seen it before yesterday. It came on intermittently and then went out, I haven't looked in the FSM yet, figured I"d ask here.

I'm not 100% sure, but it may be the cruise control light on the Police models....

Do you have the police model factory service manual supplemental? #99483-00SP

If you plan to keep the bike, and do your own work, here is one for pretty cheap on eBay

Do you have the owner's manual? You can get one through the Harley SIP site ... I have one I can e-mail you if it helps

Cruise indicator - was also on gauges that were installed on bikes without cruise.

I haven't looked in the manual yet but figuring it's the cruise indicator. I don't have cruise control but that must be it.
I got caught in some nasty rain on Saturday, I guess something got wet that has never been that wet before. lol
