Thanks for all the input, guys!....First in response to the warrantee issue....even if I went with a SE stage II with cam it wouldn't be affected...check out the 2005 HD parts catalog.....a cam, stage one breather and SE exhausted wouldn't be a problem either.
Roadking04....yes, my softtail was dynoed at Texan HD in Conroe, TX....the work was also done there as far as cam install and Mikuni tune. I have 20000 plus miles on it and the work was done about 3 years ago. The wrench who dynoed it 2 months ago wanted to know if I was sure it wasn't a 95"! It just goes to show how important a properly tuned and matched system is. This '06 FLHTCUI will be the first injected bike I've owned, but not having to rejet in the high mountains will be nice.
One more thing for Traveler....the 103' stroker would be to much in terms of added expense...also, I tend to subscribe to a slightly more old school belief that stroking out a motor cuts back on long life...I plan on keepin' this one for awhile...lol, and don't look forward to rebuilding it for many miles!
