Sorry - I have one - had it about 2 months - really like it - easy to use - like the zumoforums - you can pre plan routes - it changes at night so you can see it even better - it is great! I would buy one again.
I've had one for about 4 months and have used it alot. It has tried to take me down some gravel roads before, but hasn't ever been a big deal to change routes.

mine locks up once in a while...only cure is to pull the battery to reset it....sucks
Mine did that twice about 2 months ago. It's never done it since.
The thing about the 550 is it gives you both the motorcycle and vehicle mounts. I haven't used it in my truck yet, because I normally go everywhere on the bike now. The truck just sits there falling apart....
It is one of those things you can live without. I rode for 30+ yrs without one. Got a Z550 for my birhtday just before a 3000 mile Smokey MT., SE US trip this past month and it is Sweeeet. Need gas,a hotel, drugstore, food, and nothing in sight? Punch a few buttons wait 10 secs and it will take you to the front door. Comes with every thing for cycle or cage. Laid out trip, all back roads prior to leaving. Miss a turn, updates in seconds to get you back on course. Only problem I have had was that it would not accept download from Map Source to GPS. Took about an hour on ph. with tech support. It was a software problem they took me thru corrections step by step. If you get one I believe you will love it.
