Has anyone found the service manual, parts catalog, and electrical manuals for the '08s yet?

The 08 service manual shows a ship date of 09-30-07. We have a parts manual at our shop, but none for the public yet and we don't have a service manual for the shop yet.

How can a manufacture (sp?) put out a bike and no shop manual.
