I have a 01 flhtc and have no problems. rode from Keystone SD to Southwest of Chicago (940 miles) in one day without a problem. and ride on average 300 to 400 miles each week. But having patience as the riding season is nearing its end may be a good thing as better deals will show up.Good Luck on what ever you decide to get and enjoy the hell out of it.

Unless the prices have taken a big drop in the last 4 months, 13k is NOT that bad of a deal.

I paid Blue Book(14,900)on an 02 Ultra back in May. Other than broken fairing brackets (which are NOT unheard of), the only issue I have had is electrical, where it loses power completely from time to time, usually when it gets very warm.
