I bought the 14" tall "Clear" Half Moon Wings winshield for fall riding. This shield is polycarbonate so its tuff. With this designthe passenger wind is cut to just avery little. My wifesaid the difference is amazing.Wind from semi trucks is much easier to handle now as well. I highly recommend this from personal experience after a weeks riding using it.
14 is tall. Might seem like a good idea now, but wait till it rains. I can't see through those things when it rains, so I have to look over the top. Maybe better for you? Hope it works out okay for you.
Great design, good folks. Although they do scratch easy. I have always used soft terry cloth and/or micro fiber cloth but still have fine scratches. Treat it gently.

I have had five of them on my bike.......all crap, great customer service, great people to deal withbut they keep cracking at the added on wings. They have replaced them for me at no cost ....but enough already, they have a design defect that obviously they can't fix. Each one last a thousand miles or so before they break. When the last one cracked in the same place last week I just threw it away and replaced it with a Slipstreamer.
I love the design, lookand the protection the Half Moon gives but the defective design is not worth the hassle of constantly replacing them.[:@]
