Very strange, but has anyone felt like compressed air being blown on your right pant leg around the inside knee area going down the road. It almost feels like a cross wind blowing through the engine area. It just started doing this the last 1k miles or so. It's not a cracked exhaust and everything is tight on the air cleaner assembly. Thanks.

 

Sure sounds like an exhaust leak to me! With the bike setting and at idle, hold a piece of paper near the area... then goose it to see if the paper moves.. This might lead you to a weak seal around the rear cycl.

Hmmm thought I was the only one. I have felt that kind of breeze ever since I installed my Big Sucker with an Evo style cover. It's not a hot feeling so I cant imagine it's an exhaust leak. I just figured it was just the way my a/c cover deflected the wind.

 

If its while moving I think you'll find its air turbulence from around the ANBS. I get it. If it dont do it while stationary its just normal. If you can reproduce it at a standstill then you need to check for leaks, but its not likely to be the exhaust or you would likely get backfires on decel.

Its strange to me that someone could be the sensitive. I probably would not know it if a snake bit me there let alone a little breeze.
