to get solidly over the century mark and stay with hd parts you will have to get your engine ripped completely apart for the 103 stroker, very expensive. anything over 100 hp is going to cost large to get it built and tuned properly. you could go with the JIMS 120 in the SE book that will give you 121 hp with pump gas, now that is a cool hp upgrade. Wonder how reliable it would be as with any other type of extreme hp mod? you could always opt for the SE ULTRA, take off the leather tour pak and kinda think of it as a custom FLHX with some *****. my point is there are so many options to choose from and you want to get the best value and performance for your money. If money was no object...then that would be a different story.
I would love to here how your set-up turns out if you go with it. I rode my buddies roadglide with a 103 in it and it rocks. When I got back on my 06 SG i though I was on a mopad.
I dont know what the total cost is till I pick the bike up. I think the kit costs $3,145.00 and the labor will be approx 20 hrs. @ 95.00 so it should be around $ 5,200.00. I had a 95" kit in my RKC and really liked it. I just wanted to do something different with this bike.
P.S. I tried to order it from the factory this way, but they said the dealer has to do it since it's not a CVO. I'm sure that would of saved some money!
