He said it was FI. I was thinking that fuel injection had not been started in 1996 My mistake to just assume that it was Carb. Also, it certainly wasn't my intent to correct. On a bike that old I just assumed Carb.
Now that I think about it, I recall FI first introduced on the 1995 30th Anniversary Electra Glide Classic and Ultra, so I guess it makes sense that it would be on some of the 1996 models.
