I bought a padlock at the Wally world/Target for about $6. Fits through the chin strap D ring and I lock it on the bike. About the best you can do it secure it to your bike so it don't grow quick little feet.
Geez...what happend to this thread?????? I left to go to the dealership to get my locks..and some fools jump in and create hate and havoc...oh well..obviously..they had nothing else to do but hijack threads. Ignore them and they will go away..
Now..back to reality. Bought the locks, but it appears trying to place them under the tour pac calls for more wrenching that I was really going to get into, so I opted for the engine guards and turned them to be mounted towards the front of the bike. The lower fairings meant I had to be selective in the mounting, not much room to go with. Anyway, they work fine for what I need them to do. Just a little more security if needed.
