I guyI know had the same issue on his 05 R.K. Custom. He was on a 3500 mile cross country ride and he lost a cylinder. Also turned out to be the power commander. He had it on the bike for only 2200 miles prior to the failure, Anyone else?

I took my roadglide in last spring to have it dyno's and found out that my power commander was not working either. The bike was running OK but ran better when I took it off and just ran it on the Stage II download that came with the bike. Back in 2000 until 2004 the HD Downloads still worked. The power commander and race tuner improved the way it ran and gave you more power but the downloads did not have the problem with running lean and popping all the time. I'm curious as to how DynoJet will treat Mike. They refused to replace mine because it was out of warranty.

All this talk about the Problems with the Harley Downloads makes me a little nervous. Ive got the Stage one Download in my R.K. and it runs really good. I also had it in my Springer and never had any issues.
