Just wondering how many of you have done it yourself in spite of the elbow grease promotion.

Yes, I did have Zanotti's install the bearing so I wouldn't have to mess with it, pretty straight forward install, kit came with good instructions, Took a couple hours but I cleaned under the fender area thoroughly while the wheel was off.

My dealer wants the full $305 for the part and says the Elbow grease promotion will cover about 1/2 the install?? What gives.

Your dealer is going to charge you $200.00 labor so he gets the Elbo Grease as a bonus, Dont walk Run ,anything over an Hour Labor is Stealing. Try another Dealer You can buy a unit for his labor charge.

Install it yourself, its really no big deal,if you have to buy some tools then do so.Chances are you will use them again.Get the kit from one of the discounters posted on this site,If you have questions just ask, someone will walk you through it if needed.Yes an hrs labor would be fair, any independent would most likely charge you for that hr at maybe a cheaper rate.I posted awhile back that this kit might be offered by dealers during slower times, guess they listened or smelled a quick buck..
