Default Rear suspension air fitting relocation?

Lotsa talk about locking your bags to your bike, and I'd like to be able to bolt mine on...but that brings up a problem. You have to remove the bag to get at the air fitting to pump up your rear suspension. Anyone relocated that fitting? Seems to be uncomplicated enough, but I can't find a good place to move it to. Anybody have any experience or ideas?

I use the smallH-D Suspension Air Pump and can add air with the hardbags on just by bending its' flexable hose a bit to attach it to the valve.

I used to think that too untill someone told me to just raise the lid on the bag and there it was.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way on an RKC. That relocation kit on Ebay looks good. Guess I need to contact him...thanks guys!

A quick report on this: I bought the Comfort Ride kit for something like $25.00 and it seems to work great. I was having problems with my shocks holding air, but that problem seems to have been fixed when I installed the new air lines that came with this kit. Piece of cake to install and now I don't have to remove my bags to check or add air. Here's the link to their online store:

I have frame horn covers that would completely cover the air fitting.
So I just moved the air fitting (assembly)to one of the bolts underneath my seat.
It's not as convenient as the relocation kit, but it was free...

The air valve mount (at least on the RK) is a short 1" long and can be moved a warity of places allowing for easier access. The hose is simply 1/8" hose that can be obtained from just about any hardware store. So if you have a drill, for less than $5 in hose you can put the mount just about anywhere you want.

$25 seems alot for a single valve and 6 feet of hose.
