Sent darkhorse a e-mail and john got right back to me seems like a good shop and responsive and thats alwayse good just thought for me it probably was over the top but if I was going 4-5/8 crank or using a stock crank I would deffently use them, still may for my case work.
They came highly recommended by Doug, so that was enough for me. I exchanged email with John and finally spoke with him last week. He's another straight shooter. I felt very comfortable talking with him about what I need vs what I don;t need.
Yea I figure beat him with a113" if I built a 120" he would just say yea its a bigger motor sure its faster but if its a 113" all he can say isWTF! must be a better build!
this chit is getting me excited; I meet my motor builder Friday --- can't wait to sit down and discuss the parameters of the build --- I keep flip flopping between the 113 and 107 --- still leaning towards the 113.
