Do you have a/c and exhaust upgrades, i.e. stage 1? Otherwise you don't need one. Not sure I understand your question, though.

 

i'm guessing he wants to know if he could use a pcii instead of a pciii. don't know why you would want to unless you already had one lying around....

2003, go with a PCIIIUSB. Not sure if you could even get a PCII, although you could probably find a used one. Get the latest and greatest. I've got a 2000 and PCIII was the way to go, although I've had troubles with mine (onmy third) so I'm using the stage 1 download for now. I have a different ECM than you do though, and that may be part of my problems.
