When it is hot (I live in Virginia so that's a lot) I am seeinga couple of spots on the ground right below the primary drain. At first I thought it was the primary leaking, but found the leak on backside of the primary apparently coming from the shift linkage to the transmission. It doesn't leak all the time, only when I am really putting the miles on the bike. Before I start thinking about tear down, is it possible to use a automotive transmission sealant to stop the weaping?

If you haven't done so allready put Amsoil 75/140 into the tranny before you take anything apart.It worked for me.I wouldn't put any sealers into the tranny.
