Rattle when starting out
Took my bike in for service and mentioned that I thought I heard the compensator rattle a little as I was taking off from a dead stop. Turns out he compensator nut was loose! I think I read where someone else was complaining of the same thing. I have also heard others say that they had to have the nut tightened.
Just thought I'd give a heads up. Dealer is saying that he's seen it before.

I've heard the same thing from others that are riding Electra Glides, Road Glides, and Road Kings.....but nothing else. I was at a dealer about a week ago.....and a guy there was waiting on his bike. I made conversation with him....
He said it was there, because the compensator nut was loose and was makinga noise. He was riding a 2006 Road King.
