Think you should look into the H.Q. 107 kit I dont think you have to go intothe cases just top end and cams if I remeber right.

No, the 96-103 is the same as 88-95.
And, the 96-110 is the same as the 88-103.
Interesting.
...gene
I'm not totally sure that's completely accurate.
In a Twin Cam:
96" = 4.375" stroke x 3.75" bore
103 = 4.375 x 3.875
110 = 4.375 x 4.0
113 = 4.375 x 4.060

After market 107" = 4.375 x 3.93x

Anything larger than the 107" requires case boring to support the larger spigots on the cylinders... This means spilt the case!

If you're doing that.. you may as well go for the 113, or even the 120 like ..... someone I know.

Lots of good information on this forum, I appreciate all the input, it certainly helps making an informed decision. I thinkI will talk to the guys at HQ next week. I will ask about the 107, but it seems as if you would have to split the cases for a 3.93 stroke, or you might be pushing the envelope. I put 20-30k a year on my bike so I definitely do not want to compromise the dependability, it seems like a fine line between performance and dependability. I'll be checking the forum frequently this week end to gather as much information as I can before next week.. Thanks Guys I appreciate your time and advise....

In a 107" TC build, 3.93x is bore, not stroke and the will bolt on w/o need for splitting the cases. The stock stroke on a 2007 Twin Cam is 4.375".
